Join us as we take you through an expansive meditative experience with sound and movement.

In our two day retreat, you will be able to expand and release any blockages that is held throughout your body. Our mission is to assist in connecting your mind, body, and spirit through sound and movement. By combining the two, you will be able to open up in ways that will assist in aligning you on your soul's journey.

Day 1: Enjoy a 60 minute soundbath by Jeremy Dalton. Focus on your intentions, attune to your soul, commune with various sound healing instruments, or to simply let your essence emerge naturally. We will go through a guided meditation and breathwork. These journeys are a magical way to step into your weekend.

In this blissful meditation experience, you receive sounds from various healing instruments. This 60 min sound meditation will be followed by a conversation about your experience.

Day 2: Who’s ready to experience a powerful combination of the masculine and feminine divine energies to assist in chakra balancing and alignment through sound and movement? Have you been experiencing indecisiveness, feeling unbalanced, deep feelings of stuck energies, holding onto things that no longer serves you, holding onto things that’s delaying your growth or manifestations? During this class, we will take you through various movements to help unblock and release trapped stresses within the body, align and balance your chakras through sound, and take you on a peaceful journey through a mindful meditation.
